FAQ

Answers before you start.

Straight answers about realtime tracking, privacy, pricing, billing, and getting started.

Who is Fluxly for?

Fluxly is for site owners, ecommerce operators, creators, agencies, and small teams that want to see what is happening on their websites right now without paying for a heavy analytics suite.

What does Fluxly track?

Fluxly tracks realtime website analytics such as current visitors, pageviews, active pages, traffic sources, approximate country, browser, device type, viewport information, and session activity. It is built for useful aggregate analytics, not sensitive personal data collection.

Is Fluxly lightweight?

Yes. The tracking script is designed to stay small and focused so it can collect essential realtime signals without turning your site into a slow dashboard dependency.

What happens when I hit the free limit?

The Free plan includes 1 site and 10,000 pageviews per month. After the limit is reached, analytics collection pauses until the monthly reset or until the account upgrades.

How do payments work?

Billing is handled through Stripe Checkout and Stripe Customer Portal. Fluxly does not store full card numbers. Stripe handles card entry, invoices, receipts, subscription status, and billing updates.

Are there automatic overage charges?

No. Fluxly is designed around predictable monthly pricing instead of surprise overage bills. If your site outgrows its current tier, you can upgrade to keep collection active.

Can I add multiple sites?

Every account can create and manage its own sites. Site limits depend on the plan. The Free and Starter plans include 1 site, Growth includes 5, Pro includes 20, and Scale includes 100.

How do I install Fluxly on a site?

Use the Sites area to add a site, copy its install script, and place that script on the website you own or manage. Allowed origins help prevent another site from using your public site ID.

Is the tracking code safe to put on my website?

The install script uses a public site ID only. It should never include private account credentials, database keys, Stripe keys, or server secrets.

How long is data retained?

Fluxly may retain analytics data for up to 24 months by default. Backups may keep deleted data for up to 30 days. Billing and tax records may be kept for up to 7 years where required.

Can I delete my account?

You can request account deletion through the contact page. Ordinary account and site data is targeted for deletion or anonymization within 30 days, except where data must be retained for security, billing, legal, or backup reasons.

Will the numbers be perfectly accurate?

Realtime analytics can be affected by blockers, privacy tools, browser behavior, bot filtering, network issues, and script installation problems. Fluxly aims to show useful realtime signals, but analytics can never be perfectly complete.

How is Fluxly different from bigger analytics tools?

Fluxly focuses on the live picture first: who is on your site, where they came from, what pages they are viewing, and whether your traffic is moving. It keeps the interface clean, the setup simple, and the pricing approachable.
