Fluxly helps website owners understand what is happening on their sites in realtime without adding unnecessary tracking complexity.

This policy explains the information Fluxly collects, how we use it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to account owners and site visitors.

When you create or use a Fluxly account, we may collect your email address, name if provided by a sign-in provider, authentication provider identifiers, account settings, site names, domains, allowed origins, plan status, and support messages you send us.

We use account information to provide your dashboard, keep your sites scoped to your account, secure sign-in, manage billing status, respond to support requests, and operate Fluxly reliably.

When a site owner installs the Fluxly tracking script, Fluxly collects analytics events such as page path, page title, referrer, traffic source, standard UTM campaign parameters, approximate country, browser, device type, viewport or screen dimensions, session activity, and timestamps.

Fluxly captures standard campaign fields such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content when present. Fluxly does not store arbitrary URL query strings by default.

We process IP address and user agent information to estimate country, browser, device type, bot signals, and abuse patterns. Where practical, Fluxly stores hashed visitor, session, and IP-derived identifiers instead of plain tracking identifiers.

Fluxly is built for aggregate website analytics. It is not intended to collect passwords, payment details, health information, private form contents, or other sensitive personal information.

Fluxly uses cookies or local storage to keep account owners signed in and to support dashboard preferences.

The tracking script may use browser storage to distinguish a returning visitor or active session. Site owners are responsible for disclosing their use of Fluxly and obtaining any consent required for their audience and location.

Fluxly uses Stripe for payments, checkout, invoices, subscription management, and the billing portal. Fluxly does not store full card numbers.

Stripe may process billing name, email, payment method details, billing address, tax information, transaction history, and fraud-prevention signals according to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

We use information to provide realtime analytics, authenticate account owners, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, secure the service, troubleshoot errors, improve performance, and comply with legal or tax obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use website analytics data to build advertising profiles.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate Fluxly, such as hosting, database, email, payments, logging, backups, security, and support tools.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect Fluxly or users, to prevent abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

By default, analytics data may be retained for up to 24 months so account owners can review recent history and trends.

Account records are retained while the account is active. After account deletion, we aim to delete or anonymize ordinary account and site data within 30 days, except where retention is needed for security, dispute resolution, backups, legal obligations, or billing records.

Backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 days before rotating out. Billing, invoice, and tax records may be retained for up to 7 years where required for accounting, tax, or legal compliance.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, hashed tracking identifiers, restricted server-side secrets, and account-scoped access controls.

No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Account owners should protect login credentials, use strong passwords, and install tracking code only on authorized websites.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

If you are a visitor to a website that uses Fluxly, please contact that website owner first. Fluxly acts primarily as a service provider for site owners' analytics data.

Fluxly is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as Fluxly changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
